Victory Packaging Production Team Leader in Columbus, Ohio
Production Team Leaders for Victory Packaging located at 1585 Westbelt Drive, Columbus, OH 43228 are responsible for leading and directing a crew of employees to assemble product for customer orders.
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more year(s) experience leading a crew in a production environment
Corrugated manufacturing environment preferred
General fluency in English required, verbal and written
Basic computer literacy
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
Direct and work side by side with crew to prepare product for customers that include:
Pack product of varying type
Unpack product of varying type
Repackage product of varying type
Build product bundles of supplies
Build mailing packets
Receive new and returned product
Log and track production documentation
Ensure safety and quality standards at all times
Additional Functions/Job Duties:
- Other duties as assigned.
