Victory Packaging Production Team Leader in Columbus, Ohio
The Opportunity:
The Production Team Leader is responsible for leading and directing a crew of employees to assemble product for customer orders,
How you will impact Victory Packaging, a WestRock company
•Direct and work side by side with crew to prepare product for customers that include:
•Pack product of varying type
•Unpack/Repackage product of varying type
•Build product bundles of supplies
•Build mailing packets
•Box printing
•Box labeling
•Receive new and returned product
•Log and track production documentation
•Ensure safety and quality standards at all times.
•Other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Two or more year(s) experience leading a crew in a production environment: corrugated manufacturing plant environment preferred
•General fluency in English required, verbal and written
•Basic computer literacy.
