Victory Packaging Administrative Assistant in Dayton, New Jersey

Description

The Opportunity:

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the branch and all departments, primarily in the areas of customer service and data entry.

How you will impact Victory

  • Perform data entry and scan documents

  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, facing, mail distribution and filing.

  • Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office.

  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.

  • Assist Customer Service

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)

  • Preferred 1-year administrative assistant experience

  • Must have the ability to write and read simple instructions

  • Must be able to maintain good attendance.

  • Knowledge of MS Office: Word and Excel

  • Self-starter

  • Able to work in fast paced environment
