Victory Packaging Production Team Leader in Dayton, New Jersey

Description

How you will impact Victory Packaging, a WestRock company:

  • Direct and work side by side with a crew to prepare the product for customers that include:

  • Pack product of varying type

  • Unpack product of varying type.

  • Repackage product of varying type.

  • Build product bundles of supplies.

  • Build mailing packets.

  • Box printing

  • Box labeling

  • Receive new and returned product.

  • Log and track production documentation

  • Ensure safety and quality standards at all times.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two or more-year(s) experience leading a crew in a production environment.

  • Corrugated manufacturing environment preferred.

  • General fluency in English required, verbal and written.

  • Basic computer literacy
