Victory Packaging National Account Coord I in Houston, Texas


The National Account Coordinator I will coordinate new projects, handle day-to-day communication, and assist our branches in fulfilling commitments to our largest national customers.


  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree

  • 4-6 years customer service experience required

  • Key account management experience required

  • Fluency in English required, verbal and written

  • Ability to identify issues and communicate with team or management

  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance, attitude and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Quick learner

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to create and edit documents in MS Office: Work and Excel

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

  • Work with our branches on a day to day basis resolving issues that our customer reports such as delayed and/or rushed deliveries, discrepancies, driver issues, property damage claims, compliance issues, etc.

  • Follow up with the customer promptly with complete and thorough responses.

  • Serve as the liaison (point of contact) for the customer and for our internal operations to provide consistent support.

  • Understand the agreements that have been made with the customer to ensure our branches are following through consistently. Report chronic issues immediately to management.

  • Provide thorough and timely feedback to management regarding service failures, customer concerns, compliance concerns, or other issues.

  • Data entry such as new customer set-up, maintenance of delivery schedules, pricing, part number adjustments.

  • Assist branches with entering credits and rebills as appropriate.

  • Monitor reports to proactively ensure invoicing is being done in a timely manner, orders are coming through as appropriate, and delivery schedules are being followed.

  • Act as back up as needed for all positions supporting the account.
