Victory Packaging Replenishment Specialist in Houston, Texas


General Description of Position

The Replenishment Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the replenishment process. The Replenishment Specialist will execute daily PO’s and also work with Suppliers and Victory branches to ensure that orders are placed and received in a timely manner as well as assist with related purchasing functions.


  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred- Equivalent experience considered

  • Strong analytical ability and detailed oriented

  • Proficiency in Excel, Work, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated

  • Excellent organizational skills

Essential Functions/Job Duties :

  • Execute daily POs based on demand, system tools and requests from operations and sales teams.

  • Process nonstock customer orders, as well as direct ship customer orders

  • Expedite orders as necessary using system reports to prevent stock-outs

  • Ensure PO’s are confirmed in a timely manner

  • Ensure PO dates are current in E8

  • Work with local Customer Service/Operations and General Managers to meet and exceed customer expectations

  • Develop relationships with supply base

  • Leverage GMs relationships with suppliers to assist as needed

  • Support accounts payable personnel with price and quantity variance issues

  • Handle non-conforming and RTPO issues with assistance from GMs and Sample/Tooling/Quality Coordinator

  • Schedule LTL shipments

  • Review new items for correct settings to support proper replenishment

  • Update item file as appropriate

  • Other duties as assigned
