Opportunity Summary: As Machine Assistant you are responsible for working in the production department and operating machinery for corrugated sheets.

How you will impact Victory:

• Load/unload corrugated from machine as directed and stacking finished product as directed.

• Clean up around machine/designated areas.

• Assist Machine operator with set up of machine per job specification.

• Know and understand assigned area of machine: Perform within standards.

• Ability to independently set up Assigned area of the machine to specific job.

• ID areas of concern and communicate with Operator.

What You Need to Succeed

• Ability to work - 7am-3:30pm

• High School Diploma or GED and some experience in a corrugated manufacturing environment preferred.

• Able to read a tape measure and basic math skills.

• Basic computer skills and data entry

• Ability to clearly communicate to other team members and supervisors in a bilingual English/Spanish environment.

• Attention to Detail.

• Initiative to Learn more, accept training and impact team in a positive way.

• Adhere to safety guidelines as set by management.
