Victory Packaging Production Team Leader in San Antonio, Texas
How You Will Impact Victory:
Ability to work 7am-3:30 pm.
Direct and work side by side with a crew to prepare the product for customers that include:
Pack product of varying type
Unpack product of varying type.
Repackage product of varying type.
Build product bundles of supplies.
Build mailing packets.
Receive new and returned product.
Log and track production documentation
Ensure safety and quality standards at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more-year(s) experience leading a crew in a production environment.
Corrugated manufacturing environment preferred.
General fluency in English required, verbal and written.
Basic computer literacy
