Opportunity Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a leadership role in driving change in our transformation journey and long-term growth strategy. The job is an individual contributor role within the Strategy and Transformation Function. As an experienced change manager with a depth of knowledge in Prosci or similar Organizational Change Management methodology, you will drive behavioral change by owning the planning and execution of change management strategies for the entire organization. This will require collaborating closely with all functional leaders and stakeholders to drive change across the company.

This person understands the relationship between program quality and achieving measurable outcomes, with successfully managed change. The ideal candidate has created a program-wide Organization Change Management Plan, communication plans, training plans, and other artifacts associated with guiding business acceptance of changes over time.
How you will contribute to Victory Packaging, a WestRock Company:
Lead change management and communications workstreams on cross-functional initiatives
Aligns leadership with the goals and objectives essential to successful project execution.
Conducts thorough Audience Impact Analysis and defines and executes engagement strategies to effectively share information with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Manages and implement change management activities (change strategy & planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact, organizational readiness, communications, and training).
Identifies, analyzes and prepares risk mitigation tactics.
Help to build a consistent change management framework for the organization; grow and nurture Change Management capability across the organization, through creative and effective strategies and partnering with key stakeholders on large projects
Identify system, process, and organizational changes for each impacted stakeholder group
Coach and mentor leaders on change
Support the ability to define and measure success and adoption metrics, and monitor change progress among stakeholders
Partner with workstreams to map impacted end users to all appropriate job roles based on their future state roles and responsibilities
Ensure impacted end users are assigned required training based on their job roles
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills
You will be involved in developing stakeholder analyses, communication plans, change impact studies, readiness assessments, and end user training strategies
What it takes to succeed:
3+ years of experience with proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience analyzing the organizational impacts on stakeholders affected by the implementation of new technology, products, processes, or business environments
Experience developing and executing engagement and communication strategies to effectively share information with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Experience developing detailed action plans that pinpoint the impact of change on affected parties and identify the plan of action for addressing the anticipated responses to the change
Experience measuring the effectiveness of change management activities through the use of adoption metrics, surveys and interviews
Experience with the Prosci ADKAR Model
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Change management methodology certification a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience working with upper-level management
Proven track record of driving and execution at both strategic and tactical levels
